oh my gosh!!! when i thought people couldn't get more interesting they always seem to out do themselves.... i have a tenant who decided to get a little drunk, OK he probably had WAY to many... but he decided to run around the building in a toga looking blanket thing....with this big slit going all the way up to his hip.... now mind you he had nothing under it, and he has the serious beer belly, been 9 months pregnant since forever thing going on... so you can imagine what that looks like, right??
well i had some plumbers there n they said that there was a naked guy on the elevator, but at the time it was about 4am n i so wasn't awake yet.... well then around 9am my maintenance man came to me n told me that there was a man in the elevator who seemed drunk n wasn't wearing anything but a blanket.... so i told him to go n get him.... well when he brought the guy down stairs he refused to get out of the elevator so i had to get my big butt up out the chair to go n see who it was.... of course it was him....
n no I'm not giving names.. just in case... but anyways i told him that he wasn't allowed to run around the building with no close on... now get ready for this... he told me that he was allowed to run around like that, hes been doing it for a while and that i couldn't do anything about it.... so i said OK that's fine he needed to be out in 3 weeks and that i would have papers ready for him.. he said that's fine hell take us to court... OK so hes going to up in front of a judge and tell the judge that its OK if he runs around an apartment building half naked if not naked and that its OK even though there are children n women living there...
yea OK so i just had to tell someone else about my weird n festive day...
